The aircraft repair center and command and control center at the US Al-Udeid base in Qatar were destroyed.
According to APA 's Tehran bureau, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced a new operation in response to the continued attacks by the US Armed Forces against coastal bases in Iran.
The statement said that a second ship violating the rules in the Strait of Hormuz was shot down and stopped. In addition, in the second phase of the retaliatory operation, the strategic US Al-Udeid military air base in Qatar was targeted with ballistic missiles.
The IRGC noted that the base's fighter jet repair and maintenance center, as well as the command and control center, were destroyed.
The statement emphasized that the US and Israel should know that continuing their aggressive actions will result in harsher responses.
The IRGC also announced that it had struck the Prince Hassan Air Base in Jordan.
According to the statement, the base's command and control center and hangars housing MQ-9 unmanned aerial vehicles were hit and destroyed by several ballistic missiles.
