Astana summit of OSCE ends

Astana. Viktoriya Dementyeva - APA. Plenary meeting of OSCE Council of Heads of State has ended, APAâ€™s correspondent reports from Astana. Representatives of all member-states and partner organizations finished their speeches. At present, works are being done on final document of the summit. Outcomes of the summit are expected to announce at press conference of the chairing country â€“ Kazakhstanâ€™s President Nursultan Nazarbayev.

Note that, firstly, a final Declaration was considered to adopt in the summit. But, it seems that, the countries will not be able to reach an agreement on this Declaration. Russia does not agree with points on cooperation connected with nuclear-free weapon and security issues in the Declaration. And Azerbaijan wants reflection of principle of territorial integrity of the states in the document.

Remind that, agreement of all states is demanded for adoption of the document. Probably, the sides will be satisfied with a joint statement based on outcomes of the summit.
