26 November 2010 12:09 (UTC +04:00)
Delivering speech at Yerevan conference Lennmarker said that international community had presumable idea about regulation of Nagorno Karabakh problem. He noted that both Armenia and Azerbaijan should avoid mutual pretensions, start internal discussions on readiness of solution of the conflict, prepare the society for political solution and compromises: “No country can achieve hundred percent resultâ€.
To him, Karabakh conflict cannot be considered as frozen: “Each year, around 20 people die on the conflict zone. The existing situation causes some economic and political expenses as well. The war would be a tragedy, but I do not think that the events may develop in this directionâ€.
Note that, Lennmarker met with Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian as well.
