Presidents of five littoral states – Azerbaijan, Russia, Iran, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan will attend the summit.
The legal status of the Caspian Sea, establishment of the Caspian Economic Cooperation Organization will be discussed at the summit.
The heads of states will reportedly sign a Declaration.
