According to APA, France welcomed the Declaration, which considers immediate exchanging prisoners of war and returning bodies on the initiative of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and with the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
The statement reads that the agreement will be realized soon because this declaration is directed toward reducing tensions and prevention of ceasefire violation in the line of contact.
The statement reads that France, as a co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group along with the United States and Russia, makes all efforts for peaceful, fair and long-term solution to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
