Ahmet Davutoglu underlined that they want and are able to take out the Black Sea and Caucasus regions of the status of conflict zone.
“Turkey has prospects in the Caucasus both in terms of Turkey-Armenia and Armenia-Azerbaijan relations. That’s why Turkey is resolute to normalize the relations with Armenia and our contacts on this theme continue,†he said.
Turkish Foreign Minister said Nagorno Karabakh problem was also discussed during Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s working visit to Turkey on August 6.
“Russia has recently taken important steps concerning this problem. We told them that we support these steps,†he said.
