Serbiaâ€™s Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic: â€œWe are interested in cooperating with Azerbaijan in solving the conflicts within the framework of the international lawâ€

Baku. Elnur Mammadli â€“ APA. Foreign Minister of Serbia Vuk Jeremic, who he is visiting Azerbaijan, met with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov, APA reports. Elmar Mammadyarov said at the press conference that the sides discussed ways of solution of Kosovo and Nagorno Karabakh problems, cooperation between the Foreign Ministries, economic and cultural cooperation. Mammadyarov said holding business forums in Belgrade and Baku had been discussed.

Vuk Jeremic said it was the first visit of Serbian Foreign Minister to Azerbaijan. He said there were firm political relations between Azerbaijan and Serbia and it created broad opportunities for cooperation in other spheres.
â€œThere is a need to sign a number of agreements between the two states. Some contracts are expected to be signed in September. After the visit of Azerbaijanâ€™s representatives to Serbia, a number of agreements will be reached. We are interested in cooperating in international issues â€“ particularly in solving the conflicts within the framework of the international law,â€ he said.
