Baku – APA. President Ilham Aliyev received credentials of the newly-appointed ambassador of Brazil to Azerbaijan Paolo Antonio on June 22, press service of the President told APA. The head of state called the appointment of Brazilian ambassador to Azerbaijan as a good indication of the bilateral relations. The President said there were good opportunities for the development of the relations and emphasized that it is important to use these opportunities.
Ambassador Antonio said there was large potential for the development of relations between the countries in the different directions, including the political-economic fields and promised to make best efforts for the extension of relations during his diplomatic activity in Azerbaijan.
