Unibank increases interest rates on manat deposits

Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Unibank increased the interest rates on manat deposits. Bank says it is possible to place deposits for 36 months in a higher interest.

According to new annual interest rates of deposits for 12 months make 12%, if it’s repaid monthly, 12.1% - for quarterly and 12.2% - for half year. For the end of the deposit term, it will make 12.5%.

Besides, the interests on 18-month deposits, if it will be repaid in a month, make 12.5%, in a quarter – 12.6% and in half year – 12.7%. At the end of deposit term, the interest is repaid in 13%.

At the same time, annual interests on 24-month deposits will be 12.8%. For half year repayment, the interest will make 13%, annual – 13.2%. At the end of deposit term, the interest makes 13.5%.

UNibank offers high interests on 36-month deposits. Annual interest is 13.8%. At the end of the deposit term, the interest is paid in 15.7%.
