Aslanli noted that the financial system also suffer abovementioned problem: “Chairman of the Central Bank Elman Rustamov also said that the financial sector must fulfil AZN 9.3 bln-commitment. The matter is about deposits placed in the banks. The banks must collect their loans to fulfil the obligations. The situation seems as a closed circle. I saw today an Anti-collector office. I was told there are several companies which teach people not to repay the debts to the banks. I’ll take measures about that company. If the a person cannot repay the debts, the banks must classify the loans: a part of loans must be restructured, written off and etc.”.
