According to Finance Ministry, the Ministry of Taxes transferred AZN 1,542,000,000 fulfilling forecast by 101.4%.
Of this, 78.5% or AZN 1,210,700,000 came from non-oil sector, up 9 percentage point from 2015.
State Customs Committee fulfilled forecast 114.8% and transferred AZN 416.9 mln to the state budget, up 21.9% or AZN 74.9 mln.
Transfers from paid services of budget-funded institutions amounted to AZN 47.5 mln.
Other transfers made AZN 11.7 mln.
State Social Protection Fund transferred AZN 1.66 bln.
Q1 expenditures were executed at AZN 2,623.5 mln, 73.3% of forecast.
Of this, 54.4% or AZN 1,426.7 mln was spent to social expenses, up 3.8% or AZN 52 mln.
AZN 16 mln went to construction and reconstruction of scientific, educational, health, social, cultural, sport and other facilities, AZN 153.4 mln to energy, water and gas supply, transport, utility, melioration infrastructures, AZN 4.8 mln to investment projects in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
Budget surplus amounted to AZN 1,054,600,000.
Incomes of consolidated budget made AZN 4,473,200,000, expenditures AZN 3,348,300,000, surplus AZN 1,124,900,000.
