Currently, the deputy chairman of the Board of Custodians is Yalchin Azizov, head of the department of planning and forecasting at the Economy Ministry of Azerbaijan.

Moreover, the Board of Custodians includes director general of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Rashad Orujov, Director of the Legal Department of the Central Bank Rena Malikova, inspector at Department of Supervision over Credit Institutions at Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, head of Finance and Insurance Market Regulation Department at the Finance Ministry Ziyaddin Allahverdiyev, chairman of IBA Management Board Elmar Mammadov.
