NBCBank signs intent protocol on merging with other banks - <span style="color: red;">OFFICIAL - <span style="color: red;">UPDATED

According to information, the NBCBank has signed a protocol of intent with other banks on merging with them, and a new serious of funds have been given to the bank.

“At the expense of these funds, the execution of the expired obligation before the population and creditors has begun. Considering the suitability of the consolidation process with the strategic development line of the banking sector, under the Central Bank’s Board of Directors’ decision 10/3 dated 1 Feb.2016, the decision (25 January 2016, No. 06/3) on canceling the NBCBank’s license has been cancelled.

Till the consolidation process is fully over, the Bank will be operating under the Central Bank’s control.

Baku - APA-Economics. Central Bank of Azerbaijan has restored licence of NBCBank since Feb. 1, 2016, APA-Economics reports citing to bank’s Facebook page.

“NBCBank’s licence has been restored. We congratulate all our customers on this occasion. NBCBank will start to operate all banking service starting February 3, 2016”, the bank said.
