Baku. Shamil Alibeyli – APA-Economics. The Kyrgyz government has put up the draft law on cooperation and mutual assistance in issues of compliance with tax laws between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, which was signed on March 2012, for discussion at Jogorku Kenesh.
The draft law has been developed in accordance with the law on the International agreements of Kyrgyzstan for implementation of domestic procedures.
This agreement will create a legal basis on existing changes in tax legislation and tax system, including informing about complying with rules of legislation by legal entities and individuals, prevention of violation legislative requirements and etc.
to give information on the current state, as well as legal entities and individuals in national tax system and tax legislation, prevent the violation of demands of legislation and etc.
