His answer to the question of APA’s correspondent “Is it possible to repay the loans up to $5,000 in previous exchange rate?” was: “Certain concessions may be made to those getting loans up to $5,000. According to preliminary calculations, the total amount makes over AZN 250,000,000. The main issue here is to find a financial source. This must be discussed by Azerbaijan’s economic team, not only Central Bank of Azerbaijan”.
