Baku. Yegane Lachinzade - APA-Economics. In the fourth quarter of 2015, the Caucasus Development Bank’s assets stood at AZN 164.184 mln, up 11.67% in annual comparison.
Bank says the loan portfolio rose 18.98% to AZN 162.040 mln, overdue credits surged 3.36 times to AZN 6.910 mln, consumption loans grew 89.63% to AZN 37.811 mln, mortgage lending went up 57.79% to AZN 2.831 mln, deposit portfolio advanced 50.68% to AZN 12.287 mln, personal savings climbed 46.49% to AZN 11.586 mln, total capital slid 1.68% to AZN 59.794 mln, while the authorized capital remained unchanged at AZN 60 mln.
Revenues ascended 14.04% to AZN 17.061 mln, expenditures soared 16.51% to AZN 17.135 mln.
Bank ended 2015 with loss of AZN 673,800.
The bank operates 2 branches, 1 ATM adn 4 POS-terminals across the country.
