Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. Commercial banks operating in Azerbaijan got AZN 103.36 mln profit in January-September 2012, down 12.9% compared to 2011, CBA told APA.
Total profit of the banks made AZN 101.98 mln in January-August 2012. Consequently, in September, the banks gained AZN 1.38 mln-profit.
Interest incomes of the banks during January-September stood at AZN 905.37 mln, interest expenses – AZN 479.46 mln, interest profit – AZN 425.91 mln. At the same time, non-interest incomes of the banks made AZN 267.94 mln, non-interest expenses – AZN 433.20 mln. SO, the loss on non-interest operations made AZN 165.26 mln.
