According to him, the Fund has paid AZN 710 million for 11 banks: “Currently, AZN 45 million is expected to be paid to 130,000 depositors. ADIF has sufficient liquid funds for fulfillment of this obligation. Loan was allocated to the ADIF under the state guarantee. However, these credits are liabilities of the Fund’s and banking industry before the government and the Central Bank. In order to pay these liabilities, the banking industry has to work hard”.
“After capitalization of the ADIF, we must indicate that we have capitalized the ADIF and it has sufficient financial stability to fulfill the obligations. After this, the state should step aside from these processes”, Aslanli said.
