$90 bln to be invested in Azerbaijanâ€™s main capital from all sources in 2013-2016

Baku. Ali Ahmedov – APA-Economics. AZN 71.8 bln ($90 mln) will be invested in Azerbaijan’s main capital from all sources in 2013-2016, Ministry of Economic Development informed.

So, the investing will increase by 17.3% to AZN 18 bln in 2013, AZN 53.8 bln – in the next three years, as well as foreign investments will make AZN 5.2 bln in 2013, including AZN 16.2 bln in the next three years: “AZN 5.5 bln will be invested in oil sector, AZN 12.5 bln – in non-oil sector next year”.

State Investment Program is also among the documents submitted. Program project mainly includes continuation of implementing projects, infrastructure, water reserves and irrigation, energy and industry, ecology, agriculture, including repair of social projects, education, health, culture, sport objects and etc.

In general, AZN 32.7 bln will be invested in the country’s economy within the State Program. AZN 21 bln will be invested in infrastructure projects, AZN 8.7 bln – transport projects.
