Azerbaijan president endorses 2009 state budget

The presidentâ€™s press service said the government shall approve revenue and expenditure estimates of state-owned enterprises which are major taxpayers within 45 days and the 2009 energy balance within one month.
Also, the Ministry of Finance as instructed to approve monthly and quarterly division of transfer receipts from the Ministry of Taxes and the State Customs Committee with 15 days in concordance with them.
The President also gave instructions about necessary measures to ensure the complete payment of bills for electricity, natural gas and fuel oil which were bought for AzerEnerji, AzeriGaz, Bakuelektrikshebeke, Sumgaitelektrikshebeke and Sheki Regional Power Supply at the wholesale price.
