Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. Unibank CB has launched a new loyalty programme for its corporate and VIP customers.
This programme has the following three main fields of application: attraction of new customers, increasing the loyalty of the existing customers and boosting the competitive attractiveness of the Bank.
“Unlike individual clients corporate customers do not have the dilemma of whether to use bank services or not. For corporate customers the other question is more important: which bank to choose,“ says Ilham Habibullayev, Senior Corporate Banking Manager of Unibank, ”Therefore, the most important tasks for Unibank is to offer the most appealing products and services, as well as the realization of special programmes to increase the customers’ loyalty to the Bank. The successful worldwide practice shows that such programmes help to stimulate the choice of the bank by the customers, and also to motivate customers to establish long-term partnership relations with the bank.“
Currently, Unibank is handling more than 15,000 corporate accounts and serving about 6.2 thousand corporate customers. The total number of corporate customers of the Bank grows by 15-20% every year.
