Plan of measures of 1st Intergovernmental Economic Conference of Caspian littoral states approved

Baku. Lachin Sultanovaâ€“APA. Plan of measures of 1st Intergovernmental Economic Conference of Caspian littoral states, which will be held in Astrakhan on October 3-4, have been approved, APA reports.
Meeting of representatives of relevant ministries of Caspian region, business sessions of experts and representatives, press conference for journalists, presentation of investment projects of Caspian littoral states, familiarization with cultural and industrial enterprises of Astrakhan province will be organized within the conference.
Working sessions will debate development of economic cooperation, oil, gas, development prospects of transport infrastructure, ecological security of region and other issues. Large scale exhibition on investment projects and technologies of littoral states will be held during the conference. Russian Economic Development Minister Elvira Nabibulina will head the Organization Committee. Organization Committee will hold the next meeting on September 23.
First Deputy Prime Ministers of Caspian littoral states are expected to attend the conference.
