Azernegliyyatbank posts 50% rise in revenue

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-Economics. As of July 1, Azerbaijan-based Azernegliyyatbankâ€™s assets stood at AZN 19.975 million, 0.7% higher from a year earlier.
The bank said loan portfolio decreased 2.4% to AZN 16.050 million, deposit portfolio fell 3.9% to AZN 8.043 million, total capital rose 1.4% to AZN 11.203 million and authorized capital went up 0.9% to AZN 10.784 million.
compared to the same period lat year, revenues rose 50% to AZN 2.182 million and expenditures increased 57.5% to AZN 2.118 million.
The bankâ€™s profit went down 41.8% to AZN 64 000.
The number of bank staff rose 12.8% to 106 and average salary increased 4.8% to AZN 286.
Azernegliyyatbank has been in operation since 1989. It operates four branches across the country.
