SOFAR purchases business center in Russiaâ€™s capital

APA reports that authorized capital of the OJSC makes 159.8 mln rubles (AZN 4 mln) and its only share is Aktyor gallery, located on Tverskaya 16, Moscow.

Note that, there is a business center inside the building, which was built in 1882 and reconstructed in 1995. Total square of the center makes 18,000 sq. m.

Brokers estimate the building at $100-105 mln. According to information, currently, SOFAR conducts talks on purchase of several facilities in Russia.

Note that, in accordance with new strategy of the Fund, it is decided to direct some part of its means to real estate in abroad â€“ London, Paris, Moscow, Rome and etc.
