Mugan Bank sees 14% rise in assets

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-Economics. As of October 1, 2012, Azerbaijan-based Mugan Bank’s assets stood at AZN 262.341 mln, up 14% from previous year.

Bank says total capital rose 29% to AZN 39.728 mln, including authorized capital surged 27.2% to AZN 28.306 mln.

Total clients increased by 36.4% to 75,236, as well as individuals soared 37% to 69,644. legal entities climbed 27% to 5,592. At the same time, active plastic cards surged 26% to 10,534, including debit cards grew 28% to 9,566, credit cards – 7% to 968.

Remind that, Mugan Bank has been in operation since 1992. The bank operates 30 branches, 51 ATMs and 659 POS-terminals across the country.
