Forecast: Azerbaijani populationâ€™s charges will exceed $12 bln

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijani population total incomes are forecasted to be AZN 34,458.8 mln, total expenditures â€“ AZN 24,842.2 mln in 2012, these were reflected at the state and consolidated budget projects for 2013.

Itâ€™s possible to calculate on the basis of latest statistical data. So, according to State Statistical Committee, population total incomes in 9 months of 2012 accounted for AZN 24.2 bln, $ 8.1 bln for per quarter. If we calculate the quarterly growth at this level, we can expect the total incomes in amount of AZN 32.4 bln.

Besides, according to governmentâ€™s forecasts, population will be able to save more than AZN 9.6 bln (approximately â€“ $ 12.152 bln) after consumption expenses. This forecast is more real. So, the population directed 26.8% of total incomes to increase of capital and deposits. Note that, just these funds must be considered as populationâ€™s funds. As it seems, according to governmentâ€™s forecasts, populationâ€™s saved funds will make 27.9% of total incomes.

As a result, itâ€™s clear that, Azerbaijanâ€™s population will have AZN 10 bln unspent funds. Of this, AZN 6.5 bln were collected during 9 months.

At the same time, to note that, the growth rate on populationâ€™s incomes will exceed the growth rate on expenditures by 1.3 percentage points or 21.32%.
