Azerbaijan to increase capital expenditures of state budget by 15%

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. AZN 9,073.8 mln is expected to make capital expenditures in the state budget for 2013, up 15.3% from 2012â€™s budget, this was noted at the first draft of the state budget for next year.

According to project, government capital investment expenditures will require AZN 6,915.2 mln, up 19.8% from 2012.

These expenditures will be mainly directed to financing of completion of projects on industry, transport, energy, agriculture and other infrastructures, construction and reconstruction of socio-cultural enterprises, conduction of works on defense, national security, border and other measures, projects on several programs.

Besides, other funds will be allocated from this source to the capital repair and construction works in the schools in the state of emergency, implementation of gasifying program in the cities and regions, improvement of power energy system, construction and reconstruction of water supply and canalization systems, fulfillment of State Program on socio-economic development of Bakuâ€™s villages, construction of roads in the villages and implementation of other important projects,

According to project, without the expenditures for special defense and military projects, AZN 453.3 mln of capital expenses in the state budget for 2013 will be directed to socio-cultural and life, administrative, productional projects, building and devices, capital repair and reconstruction of roads, non-financial assets.
