Ansar Leasing borrows loan from abroad

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Ansar Leasing Company has borrowed medium-term loan in amount of $4 mln, from Islam Development Corporation, which established Ansar Leasing, said the chief manager Jeyhun Nagiyev.

According to him, the loan was borrowed for three years with the annual interest of 9% and it will be directed to activity of the company, as well financing of projects on construction, transport and real estate.

He says the loan was transferred in one tranche, today.

Note: Ansar Leasing was registered in December, 2008 and authorized capital makes AZN 5 mln. Starting leasing services since October, 2009, the company operates on the basis of sharia principles.

Down payment for leasing must be 20%, financing term â€“ 12-72 months. Company allocates maximum $150,000 for one project.
