Azerbaijan Microfinance Association preparing for 2 international events

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan Microfinance Association will take part in 2 international events in May. Executive director of AMA Jale Hajiyeva says that the first event will be held on May 15-20 in San-Francisco, USA. AMA will closely participate in the meting of Observation Council of SEEP Network (The Small Enterprise Education and Promotion Network). The meeting will discuss amendments and annexes to the plan, as well as works, considered for this year. Note that, AMA is represented as a member at the Observation Council in SEEP Network since 2009.

Hajiyeva noted that in late May Tbilisi would host XV annual conference of Poland Microfinance Association on â€œBusiness or development: time for selection has comeâ€. The conference will be attended by financial organizations operating in microfinance sphere.

â€œThis conference is held in different countries every year. It is a wide conference, that is why, AMA can not solve issues on organization and other works itself, it needs support of the stateâ€, added Hajiyeva.

Remind that, Jale Hajiyeva is a member of the Observation Council of Poland Microfinance Association since 2008.

AMA has been in operation since 2001.
