All insurance companies to switch to new system for conclusion of contracts in an online regime

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. This year, all insurance companies in Azerbaijan will switch to new system allowing conclusion of contracts in an online regime via the internet. It is connected with new amendments and annexes to be made to the insurance legislation.

FinMinistry told APA that as a result of the acceleration of switching process into e-services, signing of agreements has overspread in insurance sphere. The main factor welcoming the switch to new system â€“ use of â€œe-signatureâ€.

At present, 28 insurance companies operate in Azerbaijan, 3 of them are life insurance companies.
