Azerbaijan changes Mobil banking system

One of the main changes will be decrease of depending of this service on operators. So that, if any one wants to join the Mobil banking service, he/she will go to the Azercellâ€™s office to change the sim-card with other sim-card which supports the Mobil banking services and fill the relevant form. Now this rule was changed. Sim card will not depend on mobile operator. After new system, the client will not depend on any mobile operator and will conduct operation via ATM and identify himself/herself. Thereafter, relevant program will be installed on the phone. These programs are not supported by only smart phones, but other phones, too.

List of services will be also extended. Now, itâ€™s possible to conduct approximately 10 operations via this service â€“ management of bank account, transfers among the cards, implementation of payments for Azercell fixed-phone communication, internet providers, getting extract from balance and etc.

After application of this system, the clients will be able top conduct the all ATM and Internet banking-operations via Mobile banking system.

Azericard notes that the works are going to be completed. New system is expected to be applied in 1-1.5 months.
