Recruitment rules at Azerbaijani Taxes Ministry simplified

According to ministry, it has been reflected in the amendments made in â€œRules on document collection, inspection and holding of competitionâ€.

Ban imposed on recruitment of candidates over the age of 35 has been partly eliminated. The ministry explains it with Presidentâ€™s March 9, 2011 decree on amendments and annexes in â€œRegulations on holding of competition for candidates, who want to work at State tax authoritiesâ€. According to that order, persons, whose age over 35, qualified for a degree, graduated from higher education with honors diploma, have higher vocational training and work experience, maybe recruited at tax authorities on the basis of decision of the competition commission.

One of the novelties during recruitment process is that during interview with the candidates they will perform with special presentation form.

The ministry told that these amendments have impacted on number of candidates. During the last test examination, growth was observed in number of persons who wan to work at tax authorities. Test examinations related to recruitment at tax authorities will be held on May 22.
