First stage of tender on CAP/SAP project finishes in Azerbaijan

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Within the framework World Bankâ€™s Corporate & Public Sector Accountability Project (CAP/SAP), the first stage of selection of consulting companies has finished.

Finance Ministry told APA that within framework of this project, Â«Baker TillyÂ» international consulting and audit companyâ€™s distributor in Azerbaijan, Â«Deloitte&ToucheÂ» international consulting and audit companyâ€™s distributor in Azerbaijan, FBK (Russia), Â«G&G ConsultingÂ» (Turkey), subcontractings - Â«International Business and Technical ConsultantsÂ» companyâ€™s leadership with US University of Nebraska and Association of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Moldova, Â«Pragma Corporation CorporationÂ» companyâ€™s leadership with Azerbaijan Bank Training Centre (ABTC), Eurasian Council of Certified Accountants and Auditors (ECCAA), Kazakhstan (subcontractings) will take part in the upcoming tender.

Firstly, the WB will present appropriate conditions to the mentioned companies. Thereafter, the companies will show their financial and technical resources and then date of tender will be fixed.

Remind that, this project has been directed to application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in Azerbaijan.
