Baku Sigorta raises share capital

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan State Committee on Securities has registered Baku Sigorta Insurance Companyâ€™s issue prospectus of book-entry ordinary registered shares.

The face value per stock is AZN 333, the total number is 7 500, and the amount AZN 1 747 500.

Exchange analysts say the placing is expected to start in October.

If successful, the companyâ€™s authorized capital will double to AZN 3 247 500.
