Azal Sigorta triples share capital

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan State Committee on Securities has registered Azal Sigorta Insurance Companyâ€™s issue prospectus of book-entry ordinary registered shares.

The face value per stock is AZN 371, the total number is 5 000, and the amount AZN 1.855 million.

Exchange analysts say the placing is expected to start in October.

If successful, the companyâ€™s authorized capital will triple to AZN 2.855 million.
