Azerbaijan changes rules for registration of joint stock companies and securities issues

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-Economics. Azerbaijan State Committee for Securities and the Ministry of Taxes has prepared a number of proposals on the coordination of procedures for registration of joint stock companies and securities issues.

Rufat Aslanly, Chairman of the Committee, said the parties are currently engaged in consultations on these issues.

â€œThere will be a number of changes regarding the definition of legal relations between the issuance and withdrawal of stocks and procedure for cancellation of legal entity.
