The former chairman Ferid Asadov was elected as chairman of the Supervisory Board of AtaSighorta.
AtaSighorta, part of AtaHolding Group, has been in operation since 2004.
As of April 1, the company earned AZN 0.673 million in premiums and paid AZN 0.117 million for insurance claims. The authorized capital is AZN 2 million.
The company provides 31 voluntary and 4 compulsory types of insurance.
