He said that delegations from 57 states will attend the meeting on December 4-5.
“The meeting will be mainly focused on the Ukrainian crisis, settlement of the regional conflicts and reduction of tensions. Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry will also attend the meeting. We need to exchange views on the challenges and tasks lying ahead and make common decisions,” he said.
Burton said the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers creates conditions for the member states to come together and discuss necessary issues. “The main priority is to change Europe into a more stable area, try to reduce tensions and create conditions for dialogue,” he added.
