Baku-APA/ After a phone conversation the leaders of Ukraine, France and Germany said that all parties should fulfill the obligations they accepted during peace talks in Minsk, first of all, the ceasefire agreement, the statement on the website of the Ukrainian president said Saturday, APA reports quoting spuniknews.
