Baku – APA. Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja was cautioned and fined Euro 1359 for over speeding in an uninspected vehicle in Helsinki in September, 2014, APA reports citing Finland Times.
In the case of Tuomioja, the speed which was recorded by an automated control showed that the car was moving at 49 kilometres per hour in an area with a designated speed limit of 40 km per hour.
Due to the vehicle's un-inspection, the car was prohibited for use for over three months.
The police handed the Minister a fine totaling 1,359 euros for traffic and vehicle violations.
