He regarded this agreement as a threat to the peaceful resolution of conflicts in the South Caucasus.
"The Russian president is trying to undermine the stability in the former Soviet republics, tending toward the West. Thus, the Russian president makes it impossible to reduce the tension. Russia keeps Eastern Ukraine, Transnistria, Abkhazia and Nagorno-Karabakh under control and supports the separatist force,” the vice-speaker said.
He urged Russia to avoid pressure against Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and Azerbaijan tending toward West.
