Special forces have removed protesters from Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi, and several people have been detained, APA reports.
The special forces unit stood in the middle of Rustaveli Avenue all night, preventing protesters from returning to the area in front of the parliament.

Special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia began to clean up the square in front of the parliament building in Tbilisi, APA reports quoting TASS.
The guards, as well as special equipment, moved in the direction of the protesters from Freedom Square, near the parliament, as well as from April 9 street. There is no direct contact between law enforcement officers and protesters. The demonstrators calmly move away and walk up Rustaveli Avenue.
