The "Shahed" missile fired by the Russian military in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine hit a private house, said Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, APA reports.
He said that a house was destroyed and three children were trapped under the rubble as a result of a rocket strike in the city of Bogodukhov, Kharkiv.
The body of a 34-year-old man was also pulled from under the rubble along with the children.
Several people were reportedly injured in the incident.
