According to him, AZN 1,260,000,000 will be spent for reconstruction of the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery, AZN 600 mln for drilling of wells in Bulla and Guneshli fields: “Documentations for receiving first tranche are about to be completed. AZN 200 mln from the first tranche will be spent for drilling works. Moreover, AZN 50-60 mln will be spent for reconstruction of Oil Refinery”.
Gasimov added that the Cabinet of Ministers issued an order in this regard, Finance Ministry guaranteed the operation.
According to him, the loans have been allocated preferentially for 10-year period.
