Azerbaijan increases gas production 3%

Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) produced 594,900 m³ of gas in October 2015, up 2.96% compared to a year earlier, 2.53% to September of this year.

Gas production by the SOCAR made 570,200 m³ in January, 519,100 m³ in February, 580,400 m³ in March, 555,600 m³ in April, 576,100 m³ in May, 570,600 m³ in June, 605,100 m³ in July, 603,400 m³ in August and 580,200 m³ in September.

In January-October, SOCAR produced 5,755,900 m³ of gas, down 5.54% in annual comparison.

In October, total gas production across the country made 2,526,000 m³, up 1.17% from previous year, down 1.17% from August.

Gas production across the country made 2,496,000 m³ in January, 2,330,000 m³ in February, 2,589,400 m³ in March, 2,482,300 m³ in April, 2,454,700 m³ in May, 2,327,000 m³ in June, 2,468,000 m³ in July, 1,844,200 m³ in August and 2,556,000 m³ in September.

Totally, 24,073,600 m³ of gas were produced in January-October across the country, down 5.27% by contrast to a year earlier.
