He said that it's not surprising that the countries of south-eastern Europe, especially Serbia and Macedonia, have regard to what alternatives may be of interest to them: “It doesn't mean they reject the implementation of joint projects with us”.
The diplomat noted that Russia may also participate in Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP).
Recently, the Prime Minister of Serbia Alexandar Vucic said, Serbia is ready to diversify its sources of gas supply, in particular by joining the gas pipeline, which will supply energy resources from Azerbaijan to Europe.
