Oil prices on global commodity markets have begun to decline after rising, APA-Economics reports.
The price of Brent crude oil futures for November fell by $0.65, or 0.60%, to $108.10 per barrel.
The price of WTI crude oil futures for October decreased by $0.94, or 0.89%, to $104.89 per barrel.
The decline in oil prices is attributed to investors taking profits following the sharp increase in previous days and a short-term market correction. At the same time, tensions in the Middle East and risks related to energy supplies are keeping oil prices at high levels.
