Baku – APA. The President of Azerbaijan has familiarized with the condition created at Flag Square in Aghdash.
APA reports that the construction of Flag Square in Aghdash started in February, 2013, and finished in April 2014.
The height of the flag is 52 meters. Azerbaijan’s map, state anthem, and emblem have been depicted on the plinth surfaced with natural marble. The elements of Azerbaijan’s national architecture have widely been used in construction of the square.
Reconstruction works have been done in the Flag Square which has been covered with green grass and supplied with a lightening system.
