Baku. Malahat Najafova – APA. This is the best election I have ever observed in Azerbaijan, former British MP Michael Hancock told reporters in Baku.
Hancock said he is well familiar with the observation process.
“Each election plays a role as a lesson for the one to come. Each time the election system develops further. I think it’s close to the correct election. Except for some trivial issues, the election systems functions normally. Furthermore, women’s involvement in the election is praiseworthy. As both voters and observers, they are a crucial part of the election. I believe the Azerbaijani people will see the desired election result as they start a new day tomorrow. I consider this election to be transparent, independent and fair,” said the former British MP.
