“I have been to Baku several times to observe the election processes. I believe democracy is at a high level in your country,” said the observer.
This election is crucial for Azerbaijan, he said. “We’re closely following this process. The polling has been organized well enough,” the observer added.
The Estonian observer said the voter turnout is high enough, noting that the voters he has communicated with so far think the election campaign has fairly organized. He said different politicians are equally competing in the process.
